Product Manager II - Martech (Consumer Growth)

Coinbase is seeking a Product Manager II to join Growth and co-own marketing technology products that drive new user acquisition at scale. This role sits at the intersection of product, performance marketing, data, engineering and design, and will focus on scaling marketing channels, increasing marketing automation velocity, and optimizing spend efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Coinbase marketing technology products
• Work closely with performance marketing to scale annual spend efficiently by opening new marketing channels and increasing performance marketing automation velocity
• Manage budget and return-on-investment in close partnership with finance and marketing
• Lead and align cross-functional partners (engineering, design, data, marketing) to deliver customer value and revenue impact
• Understand product strategic and competitive position and deliver results aligned with broader organizational strategies and goals

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including experience as a PM on a high-performing Growth team at a consumer tech company
• Previous experience in the Martech / Adtech space at scale (noted as $100M+ spend / year)
• Deep analytic, prioritization and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

• Experience in search engine optimization (SEO)
• Experience or passion in crypto (answers to crypto-related questions may be used to evaluate onchain experience)
• Strong interest in influencing the business: revenue generation, business model, and external partnerships

• Pay Range (target annual salary): $191,100 — $191,100 CAD. Full-time offers also include target bonus + target equity + benefits (medical, dental, vision).
• While many roles at Coinbase are remote-first, in-person participation is required throughout the year (team and company offsites held multiple times annually). Attendance is expected and supported.
