NVIDIA is redefining what's possible in computer graphics, AI, and robotics. As a Senior Product Manager for Robotics Simulation, you will drive the product strategy and roadmap for a new robotics simulation framework, working with engineering and research teams to integrate tools and algorithms into the Isaac Lab robot learning framework. This role focuses on industrial robot learning and high-fidelity simulation integration with NVIDIA Omniverse and Newton, and on delivering domain-specific performance for robot learning workflows.
Responsibilities
- Lead product strategy and roadmap for the robotics simulation framework focused on robot learning.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and research teams to integrate functional tools and algorithms into the Isaac Lab robot learning framework.
- Engage the robotics industrial and research communities to gather feedback and drive adoption of the technology.
- Ensure seamless integration with NVIDIA Omniverse and Newton for high-fidelity simulations, and drive requirements for efficient domain-specific performance.
- Coordinate cross-team collaboration to uncover user difficulties, outline needs, and lead rollout of product features.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Robotics, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience); Master’s preferred.
- 5+ years of experience related to product engineering, with a focus on robotics, AI, or related technologies.
- 5+ years of experience and deep understanding in robotics and simulation workflows, including reinforcement learning (RL), imitation learning, motion planning, and trajectory optimization.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with an ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly features.
Ways to stand out
- Proficiency with simulation tools, particularly NVIDIA Isaac Sim, and application of these tools in robotics research.
- Proficiency with deep learning libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and JAX.
- Experience with real robot experiments and simulators such as Isaac Sim, Isaac Gym, MuJoCo, and Sapien.
- Experience with robot learning techniques (reinforcement learning, imitation learning, model-based RL), deep learning, and trajectory optimization.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary range (location- and level-dependent):
- Level 3: 144,000 USD - 218,500 USD
- Level 4: 168,000 USD - 258,750 USD
- Eligible for equity and benefits (company benefits referenced).
