Collibra is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join the marketing team to cover key industries (public sector, financial services, healthcare and more). Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, you will be an individual contributor responsible for driving go-to-market strategy for Collibra products and services, translating core messaging into differentiated industry narratives, and acting as a bridge between Go-to-Market, Product, and customers. This is a hybrid role based in Collibra's Raleigh, North Carolina office (work from the office at least two days per week).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute industry-specific go-to-market strategies using market, competitive, and customer insights with a focus on technical differentiators and use cases.
  • Define and refine differentiated industry messaging and positioning tailored to key user personas across verticals.
  • Create industry content including solution briefs, whitepapers, blog posts, demo videos, and presentations.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional product launches with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Enable Sales, Solution Engineering, and Partner teams with knowledge and content to sell Collibra Platform (commercial), Collibra Platform for Government, and Collibra Platform Self-Hosted.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert at industry events, webinars, and customer meetings; present to industry audiences and gather feedback.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of product marketing experience, ideally in global technology companies.
  • Proven product marketing experience for B2B enterprise software or SaaS.
  • Experience adapting core product marketing messaging to verticals including public sector, financial services, and healthcare.
  • Strong understanding of core concepts in data management; experience with related technologies is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience required.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and ability to translate complex technical information into clear content.
  • Self-starter with strategic thinking and the ability to blend technical knowledge, marketing messaging, and industry expertise.

Measures of success

  • Within 3 months: Understand core marketing message, solutions, and go-to-market needs; build relationships with Go-to-Market, Product, and Engineering stakeholders.
  • Within 6 months: Develop and execute an industry GTM plan for three key verticals and deliver a portfolio of industry content in use by sales and marketing.
  • Within 12 months: Be a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for three to four verticals, delivering assets and activities that contribute to pipeline growth and revenue.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary range: $128,000 - $160,000 per year.
  • Not eligible for additional commission-based compensation. Salary offers depend on experience, skills, and location.
