What you’ll do

MetaMask is hiring a Product Operations Lead to drive product and cross-functional processes, increase revenue, and help achieve IPO-readiness KPIs. This role leads a small team of Product Operations Managers and partners with Product, Design, Engineering, Customer Success, and Go-to-Market teams. The position is both strategic and operational: process architect, AI/automation champion, and effective coordinator across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead & scale a team of Product Operations Managers across multiple product lines; develop and coach team members.
  • Drive AI adoption and automation: pilot and deploy agents to automate reporting, streamline communications, and accelerate data-driven decision-making.
  • Operationalize north-star goals: ensure consistent delivery of user value, raise product quality, and reinforce continuous improvement and performance rigor.
  • Standardize processes such as roadmap planning, feature readiness, and feedback loops.
  • Build AI-powered dashboards and insights to inform leadership decisions (data & reporting).
  • Capture customer and market signals and translate them into actionable inputs.
  • Own long-term, multi-phase programs from ideation through GTM and maintenance (program management).
  • Serve as cross-functional glue: align timelines and priorities with PMs, Designers, and Engineering Managers.
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions to improve product velocity and reduce fire drills.
  • Maintain clear, early, and frequent communication across MetaMask and ConsenSys.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Product or Business Operations or related roles.
  • Proven track record of leading and developing teams.
  • Demonstrated experience deploying automation, agents, or AI tooling to improve operations (AI-forward mindset).
  • Strong communicator able to align technical and business stakeholders.
  • Experience building scalable processes and frameworks (roadmap, feature readiness, feedback loops).
  • Comfortable with analytics and dashboards, with curiosity to extend insights with AI.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous, high-velocity, crypto-native contexts.
  • Experience in crypto/web3 is a strong plus.

Compensation

  • US pay range (not including bonus, equity or other benefits): $146,000 β€” $218,000 USD. The range applies to US-based candidates and final pay will be determined during the interview process based on experience and skills.
