Responsibilities

• Align objectives, expectations, and timeframes among developers, designers, product, and business stakeholders
• Manage the backlog
• Drive team priorities, tying them closely with higher level organizational goals
• Own business-related decisions, set direction on the feature
• Monitor product performance and customer behaviour, identifying improvement areas and growth opportunities
• Take full ownership of one product line

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working as a Product Owner
• Previous experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment
• Ability to independently navigate an ambiguous environment
• A tendency to proactively raise challenges and identify solutions
• Work on a subscription-based B2C product is a plus
