Responsibilities

• Align objectives, expectations, and timeframes among developers, designers, product, and business stakeholders
• Manage the backlog
• Drive team priorities, tying them closely with higher level organizational goals
• Own business-related decisions and set direction on features
• Monitor product performance and customer behaviour; identify improvement areas and growth opportunities
• Take full ownership of one product line

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working as a Product Owner
• Previous experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment
• Ability to independently navigate an ambiguous environment
• A tendency to proactively raise challenges and identify solutions
• Experience working on a B2C product is a plus
• Be based in Krakow or Wroclaw (role is remote, however)

Salary

• 20,700 - 25,700 PLN gross/month (248,400 - 308,400 PLN gross/year)
