You & your role

Collaborate with one of the crypto security teams to help engineers use cryptography by offering standard cryptographic services with integrated security, continuity, and compliance. As a Product Owner Adherence Crypto, you create value by co-creating with thousands of colleagues to deliver the best possible services.

• Co-creating products with the people who use them: Engage in collaborative design sessions with engineers and stakeholders to develop cryptographic services that meet their specific needs, ensuring seamless integration and user satisfaction.
• Creating enthusiasm and selling the benefits of standardized solutions: Develop and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to showcase the advantages of standardized cryptographic services, driving adoption and enthusiasm among engineering teams.
• Finding new opportunities to automate cumbersome (adherence and security) processes: Identify and implement automation solutions for complex adherence and security processes, leveraging advanced technologies to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.

• Creating a vision for your product: Develop a comprehensive and strategic vision for cryptographic services, aligning with Rabobank's overall goals and ensuring the integration of security, continuity, and compliance.
• Delivering Managed Standardized Services (MSS): Implement and manage standardized cryptographic services that help engineers use cryptography securely and compliantly, including the development of detailed service protocols and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborating with the Scrum Master and your team: Work closely with the Scrum Master and your multidisciplinary team to optimize workflows, enhance team performance, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality cryptographic solutions, while navigating complex stakeholder environments and making intelligent decisions with Architecture.

You & your talent

• Extensive experience in creating value: Over 4 years of experience in creating value through innovative solutions and strategic initiatives.
• Focus on system adoption and success: Proven ability to prioritize system adoption and success (outcomes) over technical deliverables (outputs), ensuring long-term benefits and user satisfaction
• Proven track record with SCRUM and agile: Demonstrated success in using SCRUM and agile methodologies to deliver high-quality products and services.
• Experience with relevant software for product management: Proficient in using software tools for product management, ensuring effective planning, tracking, and delivery of projects.
