Do you want to deliver a more secure service to clients and employees by ensuring secure, compliant, and user-friendly API Access capability? This senior Product Owner role involves end-to-end responsibility for safe API Access capability, monitoring consumption according to standards, and steering the organization. Extensive experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), excellent communication, and stakeholder management are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Enhance capabilities and increase usage and coverage of services within the organization.
  • Act as an Identity and Access expert and functional leader within the IAM domain.
  • Drive improvements in ways of working within the I&A grid.
  • Develop and execute a strategic vision and roadmap for capability development.
  • Stay current on developments in IAM, IT infrastructure, and online banking.

Requirements

Hard skills

  • 8+ years of experience in IAM and complex IT environments.
  • Strong understanding of IAM capabilities: identity management, authentication, access & authorization, privileged access management.
  • Knowledge of API protocols (REST, SOAP, OAuth).
  • 3+ years in functional leadership roles demonstrating authority without formal hierarchical power.
  • 5+ years as a Senior Product Owner with proven strategic impact.
  • Understanding of directives and legislation such as DORA, AI Act.

Soft skills

  • Vision and strategic planning.
  • Relationship management and strong stakeholder communication.
  • Proactive communicator.

Nice to have

  • Relevant certifications such as CISA and CISSP.
  • Security knowledge of IT layers (OS, network, databases).
  • Experience in creating IAM policies and guidelines.
  • Knowledge of banking products and processes.
