Deliver a more secure service to our clients and employees by enhancing Identity and Access Management capabilities, ensuring secure, compliant, and user-friendly solutions that support client, employee, and developer journeys.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end responsibility for the Authentication capability.
- Ensure capability is consumed according to standards and guidelines.
- Monitor and steer organizational compliance and adoption.
- Drive improvements in working methods within the Identity & Access (I&A) grid.
- Develop a vision and strategic roadmap for capability development.
- Function as a functional leader and authority on the capability.
Requirements
Must have:
- 8+ years experience in Identity and Access Management and complex IT environments.
- Strong understanding of Authentication technologies (MFA, SSO, FIDO, step-up, risk-based authentication).
- 3+ years in functional leadership roles (authority without formal hierarchical power).
- 5+ years as a Senior Product Owner in a strategic role.
- Vision and strategic planning capabilities.
- Proven relationship management skills.
- Good knowledge of relevant directives and legislation (e.g., DORA, AI Act).
- Excellent communication skills.
Nice to have:
- Relevant certifications such as CISA and CISSP.
- Security knowledge of main IT layers (OS, network infrastructure, databases).
- Experience creating IAM policy standards and guidelines.
- Knowledge of banking products and processes.
