Responsibilities

• Full ownership of feedback sources for content accessibility issues
• Define and maintain a roadmap for detection and prevention improvements
• Prioritization of issues for resolution
• Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and other stakeholders; identify blockers; manage dependencies and resources
• Monitor and continuously iterate on detection performance
• Report results and status to upper management and other stakeholders
• Align objectives, expectations, and timeframes among developers, designers, product, and business stakeholders
• Embrace transparency and communication

Requirements

• Proven experience working as a Product Owner, IT Project Manager, or Product Manager
• Proven experience working with development teams
• Proven experience in identifying deliverable dependencies, roadblocks, or challenges
• Strong technical understanding of how software is built, deployed, and maintained
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking
• Leadership, risk management, critical thinking, and analytical skills
