As a Product Owner Entracard, you are responsible for the Card Management System of ICS, the core of the IT organization. The product is built by an external supplier, and the Entracard team ensures product acceptance. Each quarter, a new release from the supplier is on the backlog, and there are various requests from ICS that you, as Product Owner, collect and prioritize. You are the Product Owner for 2 teams: the Entracard team, which ensures product acceptance, and the Lansa CMS team, which integrates the CMS with the rest of our IT landscape.

The team consists of software testers, test automation experts, and information analysts. Besides your team, you work closely with the software supplier to ensure the quality of delivered products and processes. Within ICS, Agile (SAFe) is the standard. The Entracard team works according to KANBAN, while the Lansa CMS team works with Scrum and is part of an Agile Release Train, which operates on quarterly planning.

You are communicative and aware of what is happening within the organization. You prioritize appropriately in line with choices and priorities set by the Change Board and translate these into the backlog of the external supplier.

An important part of the ICS Change Backlog is replacing the current CMS Entracard with a new CMS. Together with your team, you will play a key role in this project, which is scheduled to be completed by mid-2028. You will be part of the Generic Client Processes department within the Product Solutions & Control unit of ICS and report directly to the Head of Generic Client Processes.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clear and prioritized backlog with defined timelines.
  • Create the right requirements for new functionalities and communicate them clearly to the external development team.
  • Prioritize the work of external and internal teams in line with choices and priorities established by the Change Board.
  • Foster optimized collaboration with the supplier Tietoenvry and internal development teams for integration and End2End testing.
  • Collaborate within the Agile Release Train.
  • Release the product and resolve issues/incidents in close cooperation with the internal management team.

Requirements

  • At least a Master’s degree.
  • 7 - 10 years of experience in financial services/payments.
  • More than 5 years of experience translating strategy into tangible results.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Product Owner.
  • In-depth knowledge of ICS products and their associated processes and systems.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (KANBAN, Scrum, SAFe). Knowledge of Card Management Systems and backend software is a plus.
