NVIDIA seeks an experienced technology professional to join the Applied Systems team as a Product Program Manager (PPM). You will lead execution initiatives to introduce next-generation purpose-built AI supercomputers, working closely with high-performance computing engineers and technologists. The role focuses on full program ownership, cross-functional coordination, risk mitigation, and driving program strategy and execution.
Responsibilities
- Full program ownership with focus on comprehensive cross-functional schedules and execution strategy
- Continuously assess program risks and define mitigation plans
- Review upstream plan-of-record (POR) changes and drive program strategy; own program POR and document strategy changes with rationale
- Drive understanding of Product Life Cycle, phase/milestone criteria, and cross-functional interdependencies
- Ensure cohesive collaboration across architects, engineers, hardware, software, firmware, operations, product engineering, and go-to-market teams
- Lead project staff meetings to prioritize top issues, roadblocks, and immediate focus areas; summarize concerns and plans to resolve them
- Report program status to team members at all levels
- Implement after-action reviews (AARs) from previous generations into current programs
- Update program dashboards, rosters, and frameworks to scale communication across the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a similar field
- Strong experience in product development
- 5+ years of technical program management experience
- Proven leadership and communication skills; ability to influence without authority
- Ability to identify and balance decision makers and influencers
- Strong strategic thinking: define the end state and map a plan backwards step-by-step
- Ownership mentality: track how programs performed in prior and current generations
- Define owners, measurable actions, and critical dates for each deliverable
- Establish trust and credibility with internal team members
- Gather the right team members and clearly understand roles in meetings to drive successful outcomes
- Logical approach to assess risk across schedule, resources, and performance

- Base salary range (Level 3): 132,000 USD - 207,000 USD
- Base salary range (Level 4): 160,000 USD - 253,000 USD
