NVIDIA's Enterprise Product Group is seeking a highly influential and forward-thinking GenAI Product Technical Lead to define and implement the technical strategy for integrating Generative AI software with the core platforms of strategic enterprise partners. This role operates at the intersection of product strategy and hands-on technical execution, working closely with customer Platform Architects and internal teams to drive adoption of NVIDIA's GenAI offerings across enterprise initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Architect integration of Generative AI offerings within ISV software platforms and drive close relationships with ISV platform architects. Define technical objectives, timelines, and adoption strategy aligned with partner business objectives.
- Lead technical product engagement as the primary technical point of contact for partners. Drive regular cadence meetings, progress tracking, adoption status, and internal reporting. Collaborate with NVIDIA Product, Engineering, Research, Solution Architecture, and other organizations to arrive at optimal solutions.
- Represent partner needs, constraints, and architecture design to Product and Engineering teams. Contribute to the product roadmap by synthesizing findings from large-scale enterprise environments and cross-industry patterns captured from ISV engagements.
- Showcase methodologies for designing scalable GenAI platforms across stages such as data curation and ingestion, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), model fine-tuning and alignment, agentic workflows, and production-ready deployments for ISV and CSP integrations.
- Develop and maintain expertise in GenAI platform architecture and stay current with NVIDIA offerings (including NIMs, NeMo Microservices, NVIDIA OSS software and frameworks) and industry developments to best support customer platform teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years of proven experience in technical product or engineering roles in enterprise software, cloud platforms, and production deployments, with a focus on building partner integrations.
- Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Strong background in AI/ML and deep learning with hands-on knowledge of generative AI frameworks and programming languages such as Python, PyTorch, NVIDIA NeMo, Hugging Face, LangChain, JAX, etc., and a proven track record of building enterprise-grade GenAI systems such as RAGs and agents.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments including security, compliance, governance, data infrastructure, and deployment across on-prem, hybrid, and multi-cloud platforms.
- Understanding of the MLOps lifecycle, container orchestration, and cloud-native technologies including Kubernetes, Docker, Kubeflow, and cloud service integrations with AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Strong systems thinking, ability to lead through undefined problems, deep curiosity for emerging AI technologies, and a strong sense of ownership to lead projects end-to-end.
Preferred / Ways to Stand Out
- Demonstrated agility in dynamic, high-stakes environments with a bias for action in partner collaborations.
- Technical excellence and proven success working hands-on with LLMs and agentic frameworks (e.g., NeMo, LangChain, RAG pipelines, agentic architectures), combined with the agility to prototype quickly.
- Track record of influencing complex product decisions through trusted relationships and translating partner needs into scalable platform improvements.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to build trust with engineers, executives, and cross-functional teams at NVIDIA and partner organizations.
- Strategic curiosity, proactive anticipation of market trends, and in-depth knowledge of the ISV and cloud provider landscape.
