Program and Business Operations Lead

Airbnb’s Community team is seeking a Programs and Business Operations Lead to support strategic and operational objectives for host-facing initiatives. You will work closely with Community leadership and cross-functional partners to drive analytics and insights, manage strategic programs end-to-end, and build operational frameworks that improve performance and scale initiatives globally. The role reports to the Senior Programs and Business Operations Lead for Community.

Responsibilities

• Translate data-driven insights into actionable operational plans and frameworks to enhance performance and efficiency of community initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with Community Leadership, Finance, Advanced Analytics, Data Science, Research, and other cross-functional partners.
• Develop and present analysis, insights, and recommended actions to Community leadership to inform business decisions.
• Own conception, execution, and measurement of cross-functional initiatives end-to-end: define problem statements, articulate ideal solutions, identify dependencies and blockers, and coordinate stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
• Document processes, decisions, and operational playbooks to ensure repeatability and clarity across teams.
• Implement and scale initiatives across globally dispersed teams; support occasional work at offices or offsites as agreed with manager.

Requirements

• Minimum ~10+ years of professional experience, ideally combining data-modeling, analytics, and program/project management in dynamic or entrepreneurial environments.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to dive into details and translate quantitative and qualitative insights into clear recommendations.
• Experience with data-modeling and analytics partnerships; familiarity working with Data Science and Advanced Analytics teams.
• Proven track record influencing and rallying diverse cross-functional stakeholders toward shared goals using both qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present succinctly and clearly at all levels of an organization.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience documenting processes and decisions.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize work, and coordinate support across functions to meet project goals.
• Experience implementing and scaling programs across globally distributed teams.

Location & Remote Eligibility

• This position is US - Remote Eligible. You must live in a U.S. state where Airbnb, Inc. has a registered entity (some states are excluded). The role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites, as agreed with your manager.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base pay range: $160,000 — $200,000 USD. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits. Actual base pay depends on factors such as experience, skills, and market demand.
