The Academic Programs team seeks a dynamic Program Manager to operate and scale programs for researchers and educators, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders and leveraging CRM and project-management platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Work with multi-functional stakeholders to operate NVIDIA programs for researchers and educators.
  • Design, implement, and execute scalable processes for timely fulfillment of research grants, review of grant applications, budget tracking, and reporting.
  • Manage logistics of hardware shipments and cloud onboarding in fulfillment systems.
  • Interface directly with prospective and awarded researchers through the support inbox to triage issues, provide program updates and reminders, and connect them to the right resources.
  • Coordinate technical experts reviewing grant applications, monitor progress against program timelines, and follow up as needed.
  • Craft user documentation and flow diagrams to enable self-serve processes and program scalability.
  • Support quality assurance testing using Salesforce Sales Cloud and other technology platforms used by external customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience or higher, with 3+ years of demonstrated project management and operations experience.
  • Proactive, strategic, hands-on, and exceptionally detail-oriented, with the ability to solve problems independently.
  • Proven experience using a mix of project management and operational skills to partner with internal and external customers.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, and project management tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.
  • Strong affinity for organization and an obsession with data integrity.
  • Track record of successfully working in global, cross-functional, and remote teams to build relationships and drive tangible results.
  • Superb communication, decision-making, and influencing abilities.
  • Able to see the big picture while identifying and resolving areas for improvement.

Ways to stand out

  • Passion for bringing the latest resources in AI, 3D, and scientific computing to the academic community.
  • PMP or other Project/Program Management Certification.

Compensation & Benefits

  • The base salary range is 108,000 USD - 178,250 USD for Level 2, and 132,000 USD - 207,000 USD for Level 3. Your base salary will be determined based on location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
