NVIDIA has been transforming computer graphics, PC gaming, and accelerated computing for more than 25 years. Today NVIDIA is tapping into the potential of AI to define the next era of computing. The company is seeking an experienced and purposeful Senior Program Manager to direct execution and expansion of the Inception and Connect third-party benefits program, enabling a global network of startups and partners.
Responsibilities
- Build and scale the Offer Partner Program: enhance existing offers and expand the program to bring new offers to Inception and Connect. Lead strategic execution across NCPs, CSPs, and startup/ISV partners, including qualification, approvals, and performance tracking.
- Manage the end-to-end partner lifecycle: define and track metrics for offer quality and utilization, monitor churn risks, conduct performance reviews, and drive renewal or sunsetting decisions.
- Drive operational excellence in onboarding: own and streamline partner onboarding (form intake, legal validation, asset collection) to accelerate time-to-launch and improve partner satisfaction.
- Instrument data-sharing and reporting: implement frameworks across NVIDIA and external partners to enable referrals and report on funnel health, benefit utilization, and technology adoption insights.
- Coordinate cross-functional launches: lead quarterly benefit publishing cycles and collaborate with Legal, Marketing, and Systems/Salesforce teams to maintain a steady cadence of new member value.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in program management, project management, or operations, preferably within a startup or high-growth technology environment.
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Deep passion and knowledge of the AI startup landscape and understanding of how cloud partnerships (CSPs/NCPs) drive developer offtake.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional projects and building systems that standardize inefficient processes.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate ambiguous business needs into concrete technical actions.
- Proven ability to influence internal teams and lead external-facing partner engagements with integrity and tact.
- Technical tooling proficiency with CRM and project management tools, specifically Salesforce Sales Cloud and Jira (or similar platforms).
Ways to stand out
- Strategic vision and a clear perspective on startup needs.
- Hands-on experience using AI or automation tools to streamline internal workflows and program operations.
- Experience building or managing third-party data-sharing processes and systems that bridge disparate partner ecosystems.
