Responsibilities

• Develop and execute high-level project plans for cross-sell and upsell initiatives, aligning them with broader organizational goals and objectives.
• Work closely with marketing, sales, customer support, and product teams to ensure effective communication, seamless project execution, and alignment between different stakeholders.
• Communicate project progress, challenges, and successes to stakeholders at all levels.
• Utilize data analytics to extract actionable insights, measure performance, and continuously refine cross-selling approaches for optimal results.
• Analyze customer behaviours, preferences, and buying patterns to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within your product portfolio.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Growth Manager, preferably in a tech company within the marketing department.
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles with the ability to translate them into effective strategies.
• Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to navigate a dynamic business environment and adapt strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex ideas and strategies to diverse stakeholders.

Salary

• Gross salary: 2,900 - 4,400 EUR per month (approx. 34,800 - 52,800 EUR per year).

• Locations: Vilnius and Kaunas (Lithuania).
