Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic range of projects from new systems implementation to various process improvement projects.
• Work closely with stakeholders: foster collaborative partnerships across the organization, ensuring alignment, engagement, and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Train and support stakeholders and teams: provide ongoing support and training to stakeholders and team members, ensuring they understand project management, processes, OKRs and systematic ways of working, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
• Analyze business processes and workflows to identify how they can be improved or automated.
• Manage communication, ensuring timely and clear updates, stakeholder alignment, and buy-in.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management.
• Expertise in managing stakeholders at all levels: proven ability to engage, support, and influence stakeholders, fostering collaborative partnerships to drive project success.
• Knowledge of system implementation: experience in managing tool or system implementation projects.
• Knowledge of process mapping: experience in analyzing and mapping business processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Strong ownership, commitment, accountability, and passion for what you do.
• Ability to think strategically and methodically but execute flexibly.
• Creative problem solver who is passionate about inventing new ways to manage business issues.
• Hands-on and self-leadership attitude.
• Interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively in a very dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to set priorities, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).

Salary

• Gross salary: 2,900–4,400 EUR per month (approx. 34,800–52,800 EUR per year).

Work Format

• Hybrid (Vilnius, Lithuania).
