We ask for a Project Manager with a passion for change who can make an impact in a dynamic environment. As a Project Manager, you will lead strategic change initiatives and collaborate with various teams to achieve innovation and growth within International Card Services (ICS).

Responsibilities

As a Project Manager within the Change Management Office, you will be responsible for successfully executing change projects, both within programs and independently. You will interact seamlessly with stakeholders at different levels, ensuring a sound project structure from planning to business case. In a continuously changing environment, you will provide direction and create support for your projects.

The Change Management Office consists of about 20 experienced professionals who share a passion for change. Together, we work on strategic transformations that shape the future of ICS.

Requirements

  • HBO/WO work and thinking level.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management and/or consultancy roles within a corporate environment.
  • Ability to think strategically and advise senior management.
  • Strong analytical, communicative, and conceptual skills.
  • Program/project management experience, preferably in the financial services.
  • Focused on collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience with the Agile way of working is a plus.

  • Gross monthly salary (min. EUR 5,112 - max. EUR 7,303) based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget. A 40-hour work week is also possible.
