Information about the position

We are presently seeking a PUDO Deployment & Operations Manager to join our team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end deployment and operations of our new PUDO shop points across all current markets USA/FR/BE/NL/PT/ES. This includes overseeing the deployment and ongoing management of Vshops, ensuring efficient Vshop replenishment, managing all necessary operational tools, and tracking compliance metrics related to deployment, maintenance, and replenishment activities. The manager will also be a champion for continuous improvement, actively streamlining processes to enhance overall operational efficiency.

In this position, you’ll

• Oversee the end-to-end deployment and ongoing management of new Vinted shop points, ensuring a timely and efficient setup.
• Drive main PUDO deployment and operations KPIs (such as deployment velocity, efficiency of Vshop replenishment, operational cost reduction, etc.) while managing all necessary tools and tracking compliance metrics.
• Managing relationships with partners, addressing their queries and concerns, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout the deployment process.
• Continuously identifying opportunities to streamline and improve deployment processes, thereby reducing manual intervention and enhancing efficiency.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the growth and development of the network.
• Nurturing strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with the company's vision and goals.
• Promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the deployment team, fostering an environment that encourages learning and growth.

About you

• Proven experience in network deployment or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth, multi-market environment, with a history of success.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to effectively juggle and prioritize multiple projects across different markets (USA/FR/BE/NL/PT/ES).
• Proficient in Excel and other analytical tools to manipulate and analyze data, informing strategic decision-making and KPI-driving actions.
• Demonstrated skill in process automation and optimisation to enhance operational efficiency.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, allowing effective interaction with partners and stakeholders at all levels.
• Comfortable working in a cross-functional, collaborative environment.
• Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
• A champion for continuous improvement and customer experience, always seeking to streamline processes and elevate network quality.

The salary range for this position is € 37,000 - € 43,000 gross per year
