NVIDIA is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Financial Analyst MBA Intern to join the finance team supporting NVIDIA's global real estate portfolio. This internship will involve financial analysis, forecasting, building dashboards and reports, and supporting executive decision-making related to operational and capital expenses.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis of actual spending to identify trends, areas for investment, and opportunities to optimize investments.
  • Support forecasting and improve efficiency in handling operational and capital expenses.
  • Provide analyses to assist in driving key decision making for executive leadership.
  • Create insightful business dashboards and reports on key real estate matters.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing an MBA degree (expected graduation between December 2026 and July 2027).
  • Background in corporate finance, accounting, data science, business analytics, or another analytically focused discipline.
  • Advanced experience in building financial models and highly adept with Excel.
  • Hands-on experience with financial software and BI reporting tools.
  • Ability to incorporate new approaches and methodologies while dealing with complex data.

Ways to stand out (preferred):

  • Prior work experience in real estate, construction, or facilities management.
  • Understanding of lease accounting standards (ASC 842) and related impacts.
  • Experience driving systems & tool development, specifically for measuring operational performance and KPIs.
  • Experience with SAP, BPC, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, or other finance/visualization tools.
  • Demonstrated expertise in SQL and data analysis.
