This role sits on the America's Partner Organization and focuses on developing the Regional Solution Provider Partner landscape to enable partners to deliver AI use cases and promote NVIDIA products to end-users. The role requires strong sales management experience, partner practice build, and collaboration across marketing, technical, and sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an actionable business plan to grow NVIDIA's Regional Solution Provider Partner landscape and enable partner AI use cases.
  • Define and implement go-to-market and growth strategies to achieve sales and business objectives.
  • Educate and enable partners to promote NVIDIA products to end-users.
  • Use independent judgment and innovation to influence department/company direction; set departmental strategies and processes.
  • Lead projects, set project goals, and set performance standards and metrics to drive partner practice development.
  • Mentor partners on NVIDIA practice development and growth strategies; establish and maintain relationships with C-level executives and partner sales and engineering teams.
  • Work cross-functionally with NVIDIA marketing, technical, and sales teams to resolve operational and business challenges.
  • Lead partner investment, go-to-market, ecosystem, and ISV engagements with NVIDIA partners.
  • Build partner demand generation strategies to drive incremental pipeline growth with NVIDIA solution providers and NVIDIA sales teams.
  • Enable partner engineering teams to build technical NVIDIA computing practices.

Requirements

  • Frequently contributes to the development of new theories and methods in applicable areas.
  • Serve as a specialist for NVIDIA products and be viewed as a company specialist in the applicable subject area.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise data center ecosystems.
  • Deep understanding of global and national partner business models.
  • At least 8+ years leading partner/sales relationships.
  • BA degree (or equivalent experience).
  • Travel expectation: approximately 30%.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Cash compensation range: 200,000 USD - 304,750 USD (85% base salary, 15% variable).
  • Eligible for equity and company benefits (see NVIDIA benefits).
