Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders in assigned accounts.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing relationships.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive a world-class experience.
  • Collaborate with internal sales, engineering, and product teams to align customer needs with Observo AI’s offerings.
  • Understand customer objectives and develop strategic account plans to achieve both customer success and business goals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize customer ROI and revenue.
  • Provide insights on market trends and customer feedback to inform product development and strategy.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in account management, with at least 4 years selling Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tooling.
  • Proven experience managing large enterprise accounts, particularly in security, observability, or performance management sectors.
  • Deep reseller network with proven wins and collaboration with regional and national cybersecurity resellers.
  • Background in working for a startup and navigating fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment; self-motivated and detail-oriented.

Compensation

This U.S. role has a base pay range plus commissions that will vary based on the location of the candidate. The range posted here is the on-target earnings (OTE) for this position, inclusive of base salary and commissions. On Target Earnings: $248,000—$341,000 USD. For some locations, a different pay range may apply; that range will be provided during the recruiting process.
