The Infrastructure team is looking for a Release Engineer to drive the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of the software delivery pipeline so engineering teams can ship high-quality features quickly and safely to millions of users worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for web applications, APIs, and ML model deployments.
  • Orchestrate release processes across multiple environments (staging, production, canary).
  • Implement automated testing, validation, and rollback mechanisms.
  • Manage release schedules and coordinate cross-team deployments.
  • Monitor and improve build times, deployment speed, and system reliability.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in release engineering, DevOps, or platform engineering.
  • Strong experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar).
  • Proficiency with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Solid understanding of Linux systems administration.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.).
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, Go).
  • Strong understanding of version control systems (Git).
  • Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, DataDog, or similar).

Compensation & Additional Details

  • Cash compensation range: $180,000 - $230,000 per year.
  • Final offer amounts are determined by factors including experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
  • Equity: Equity may be part of the total compensation package.
