Information about the position
We are on the lookout for an experienced Resource Analyst to join our dynamic Workforce Management team. As our new Resource Analyst, you will drive the delivery of service levels by ensuring sufficient staffing across all the skills and markets you support. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive forecast modelling, planning, real-time resource allocation, and providing stakeholders with recommendations based on insights and data. Ultimately, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our Vinted community gets all the answers they need in time, every time.
But it doesn’t stop there – you will also lead larger-scope initiatives and actively contribute to the development and sharing of Workforce Management best practices across the team and the broader organisation. This includes driving process improvements and identifying optimisation opportunities, as well as supporting the implementation of new tools, automation solutions, and market launches. In this position, you’ll
- Conduct forecast modelling based on historical data, trends, and the company's strategy to identify workforce needs
- Run "what-if" scenarios for staffing to make informed decisions and proactively address any potential gaps
- Continuously generate, create, and maintain accurate data and reporting to inform leadership on resource planning and optimisation
- Analyse data to identify reasons for under/over performance and recommend actionable insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce, communicate, and implement action plans that align with business objectives
- Monitor staffing levels against the scheduled plan to optimise resources and ensure delivery of exceptional targets
- Work closely with CS Operations, Product, and other teams to translate business requirements into workforce solutions that drive cost efficiencies
- Be the first point of contact for external and internal stakeholders
- Lead and participate in cross-functional projects, including those focused on expansion plans, tool improvements, and new metric implementation
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance WFM processes and influence their implementation at a broader scale
- Share WFM industry best practices within the team and across departments
- Assist and consult team members on difficult questions and problems
- Mentor and support less experienced analysts to build WFM expertise across the team
About you
- Proficient in numerical analysis and enjoys working with data to derive insights
- Previous experience in resource planning, workforce management, or business data analytics (2-5 years)
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and other BI tools to manipulate and analyse data to inform decision-making is essential
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong desire to take initiative and introduce improvements in processes
- Experience in collaborating on or leading cross-functional projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Exceptional English language proficiency, both written and spoken, to enable clear and concise communication
- Strong critical thinking, fast decision-making, and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated history of making fast and effective decisions
- A passion for continuous learning and expanding expertise in workforce management, committed to refining and advancing the workforce planning process

The salary range for this position is € 2542 - € 3442 gross per month.
