Details

What began over 30 years ago with our work in computer graphics has evolved to address some of the most important technological trends the world has ever seen. From gaming to AI and from self-driving cars to supercomputers, we approach all of our work and exploration with a common philosophy: focus on the hardest problems that only we can solve. At NVIDIA, we work, think and learn as a team and thrive in an environment that demands innovation and the highest standards.

The Creative Resourcing team connects the right talent with the right creative projects so the business achieves its marketing goals while delivering high-quality work on time. The Creative Resourcing Program Manager will oversee and optimize allocation of creative talent and resources across multiple projects. This role requires strategic thinking, strong project management skills, deep understanding of the creative process, and preferably high-level proficiency in Workfront or a similar tool.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily resourcing decisions: assign designers, writers, and other creative talent based on skills, availability, and project needs.
  • Review active and upcoming projects to determine staffing needs; adjust assignments and schedules as project scopes or team capacity shift.
  • Facilitate discussions to resolve resource conflicts and competing priorities.
  • Use Workfront to track resources, generate reports, and streamline processes; ensure consistent project intake and resourcing practices.
  • Identify inefficiencies or recurring workflow challenges and propose solutions.
  • Align creative capacity with business goals and priorities.
  • Manage and track budgets for Creative, Creative Operations, and Executive Communication teams; ensure alignment with finance partners and escalate urgent expenditures.
  • Organize and manage software licenses across the team in partnership with IT.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in resource management, program management, or strategic operations—ideally in creative, marketing, or production environments.
  • Strategic thinker with strong project management skills and a deep understanding of the creative process and creative roles/functions.
  • Familiarity with core creative deliverables (key visuals, email, print, social, video, motion graphics, banners, websites).
  • Proficiency in Workfront or a comparable project management tool (preferred).
  • Highly collaborative, meticulous about maintaining process, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Skilled at driving change management and scaling processes.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
  • Curious and open to experimenting with AI tools to enhance efficiency, uncover insights, and improve decision-making.

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary (see ranges below by level), eligibility for equity, and a generous benefits package.

Compensation

  • Level 3 base salary range: 104,000 USD - 166,750 USD.
  • Level 4 base salary range: 128,000 USD - 212,750 USD.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. Base salary will be determined based on location, experience, and pay of employees in similar positions.
