Responsibilities

  • Build, improve, and optimize automated email marketing campaigns and customer journey flows (onboarding, retention, win-back campaigns) using Braze or similar marketing automation platforms.
  • Manage and execute engaging in-app messaging campaigns.
  • Define audience segments, run systematic experiments with promotional offers, and personalize content and timing to maximize results.

Requirements

  • Exceptional mathematical thinking: the ability to analyze problems and complex issues, identify patterns, and apply logical reasoning and a systematic approach.
  • Highly developed critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • At least 2–3 years of direct marketing or CRM experience, ideally with automation platforms such as Braze, Klaviyo, Iterable, OneSignal, CleverTap, ActiveCampaign or similar.
  • Notable attention to detail and a strong commitment to ensuring campaigns meet high standards of quality and accuracy.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and changing environments.
