NVIDIA's platform acts as the brains of computers, robots, and self-driving cars that can understand the world. This role will drive growth strategies for NVIDIA’s accelerated computing platforms through Dell’s sales channels in North America, managing relationships with Dell regional sales, marketing, and services teams to drive revenue growth and enterprise expansion.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Dell sales leaders in North America to create sales initiatives and educate/empower the Dell sales team on the benefits of NVIDIA’s accelerated computing platform for Dell customers.
- Sales enablement: engage with NVIDIA marketing, OEM product management, and L&D to ensure Dell sellers have in-depth knowledge of NVIDIA products and services and joint solutions with Dell and ecosystem partners.
- Establish and cultivate advisor-focused partnerships with Dell executives through regular communication, assistance, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate North American business strategies, set Dell success targets, define marketing KPIs, track early indicators of success, drive business reviews, and recommend improvements to optimize Dell’s success.
- Improve effectiveness and efficiency of sales processes with and through Dell, including opportunity management, pre-sales support from NVIDIA Solution Architects and Dell technical sellers, and end-to-end sales process management for solution selling at Dell.
- Act as internal liaison for Dell, aligning NVIDIA resources for sales and marketing needs and resolving issues effectively.
Requirements
- 12+ years of business development experience in partner account management, channel management, sales, or a related client-facing role.
- Strong understanding of sales, partner ecosystems, and business development principles.
- Proven ability to develop strategic plans, negotiate contracts, and drive sales targets.
- Experience providing sales training and technical/product support to Dell sellers and solution architects.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with high emotional intelligence and an execution-based attitude.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities, with capacity to balance multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and work independently.
- Understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and partner ecosystem standards.
- Willingness to travel as needed for partner meetings and events.
- Resilience, self-motivation, and a proactive approach to managing relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s degree and/or MBA or equivalent experience is desirable.
Ways to Stand Out
- Experience working with Dell Technologies in a partner-management or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of AI and comprehensive understanding of AI solutions and the ISV ecosystem.
- Experience in software sales and/or business development.
- Proven history of effectively presenting complex technical information (such as AI) and explaining the value and ROI of AI.
Compensation and Benefits
- Cash compensation range: 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD (85% base salary, 15% variable compensation). Equity and benefits also eligible as described by NVIDIA.
