Digital Workplace is responsible for the Modern Digital Workplace within ABN AMRO (30,000+ seats). We operate from the Netherlands and have our business users both inside and outside the Netherlands. Your job

Join the Unified Communications team at ABN AMRO and be part of a revolution in seamless connectivity and collaboration. In this dynamic role, you'll maintain excellence in our telephony infrastructure, leveraging AudioCodes SBCs to ensure optimal performance. You'll innovate with Microsoft Teams Phone, advising on and integrating cutting-edge features, while also mastering the art of data-driven insights through building and utilizing insightful reports.

Your expertise will shine as you educate and empower others, guiding them to implement and use the powerful features of Microsoft Teams Phone. Collaborate closely with our Product Owner and DevOps team to understand company needs and devise innovative solutions, all while articulating results and concepts clearly to key business stakeholders. You'll take the reins in steering and managing milestone validation processes independently, showcasing your leadership skills.

Working environment

We are looking for you if you have proven skills within Unified Communications, specifically telephony infrastructure, and you have helped other companies excel on their Unified Communications journey. We have a telephony infrastructure based upon Audiocodes SBC’s and operational tool OVOC. With that, we provide the infrastructure to our contact center solution, managed by a separate department, to our own telephony solution, Microsoft Teams Phone, which is being used in 8 countries, and to the trader telephony solution and fax solution.

Within our team, we are end-to-end responsible, so we have a big playing field and there’s a lot to learn and teach.

  • Advanced knowledge of AudioCodes SBC’s and OVOC (must).
  • Advanced knowledge of telco operators (must).
  • Knowledge of PowerShell, Automation Solutions, CI/CD pipelines (must).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Teams Phone, its features & potential (must).
  • You are a connector and strive for cross-team, cross-departmental collaborations (must).
  • You have a proactive attitude and you are not afraid to challenge people (must).
