Senior AI Sales Instructor

We are looking for an exceptional AI Instructor with sales experience and expertise in AI data center workloads and technologies to join NVIDIA’s enablement team. As a key part of this role, you will oversee the production and curation of AI Sales training content to support NVIDIA's channel partners. This individual is responsible for developing and delivering sales training workshops on a weekly basis for a large global channel community focused on selling NVIDIA’s AI enterprise solutions.

You will work closely with NVIDIA’s sales leaders, partner organization, product, and technical marketing teams to ensure partner field sales teams are well-prepared to use NVIDIA AI solutions effectively.

Responsibilities

• Training delivery: Conduct weekly face-to-face training sessions for NVIDIA’s customers and partners, with a willingness to travel up to 25% as required.
• Content development: Develop training materials based on NVIDIA's AI and data center technologies and sales motions; partner with subject-matter experts to design course proposals and ensure alignment with company strategy.
• Partner feedback: Act as the voice of partners—listen to workshop audiences, capture concerns and questions, and translate feedback into actionable improvements to course content.
• Train the trainers: Recruit and train internal team members to deliver parts of workshops.
• Instructor support: Develop instructor delivery notes, certification criteria, and assessment materials.
• Quality assurance: Participate in internal test deliveries, actively solicit feedback from students and industry partners, and iterate on course content to ensure high-quality learning experiences.

Requirements

• Solid proficiency with AI concepts, including Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI, with the ability to lead the buyer's journey and recommend accelerated computing solutions.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, relatable insights for sales audiences; skilled at delivering engaging training sessions and presentations.
• BS/MS or equivalent experience in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or a comparable depth of knowledge and background.
• Minimum 12 years of field experience, with at least 5 years in sales roles related to data center technologies supporting AI (for example: storage, networking, accelerated computing). Training delivery experience is required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and writing skills in English.
• Ability to work cross-functionally across different levels of a matrixed organization.
• Willingness to travel (up to 25%).

Ways to stand out

• Experience delivering and developing in-depth training for selling audiences.
• Familiarity with the NVIDIA Partner ecosystem, NVIDIA’s software stack, hardware platforms, and the industries/use cases NVIDIA enables.
• Demonstrated expertise in sales positions related to data center and AI solutions.
• Demonstrated skill in using AI tools (e.g., generative AI, copilots) to improve efficiency and instructional impact.
• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in business, computer science, mathematics, engineering, or a related field (preferred).

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary range: 160,000 USD - 270,250 USD (final base salary determined by location, experience, and pay of employees in similar positions).
