  • Excellent communication skills: ability to write clear technical documentation, papers, and blog posts; active engagement in ML communities; and comfort presenting to diverse audiences.
  • Self-directed and collaborative: ability to work autonomously on ambiguous problems while effectively partnering with cross-functional teams.

Ways to Stand Out

  • Kaggle Grandmaster status with gold medals in NLP/LLM contests or several top-10 placements in prominent ML competitions.
  • Published research in top-tier venues (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL, EMNLP) on topics related to LLMs, agents, or ML algorithms.
  • Experience with NVIDIA AI platforms such as NeMo, NIMs, TensorRT-LLM, and RAPIDS.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary range: 184,000 USD - 287,500 USD (base salary determined by location, experience, and pay of employees in similar positions).
  • Eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA offers a generous benefits package.
