As a Senior ASIC Verification Engineer at NVIDIA, you will verify the design and implementation of innovative high-speed coherent interconnects for mobile SoCs and GPUs. This role impacts product lines ranging from consumer graphics to self-driving cars and AI.

Responsibilities

  • Verify high-speed coherent interconnect design, architecture, and golden models.
  • Perform micro-architecture verification using advanced methodologies.
  • Develop verification infrastructure including testbenches, BFMs, checkers, and monitors.
  • Define verification scope, complete test and coverage plans, and verify design correctness.
  • Collaborate with architects, designers, emulation, and silicon verification teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (or equivalent experience).
  • Over 3 years of relevant verification experience.
  • Experience architecting testbench environments for unit-level verification.
  • Knowledge of random stimulus, functional coverage, and assertion-based verification.
  • Prior design or verification experience with coherent high-speed interconnects.
  • Familiarity with interconnect protocols such as PCIe, CXL, and CHI.
  • Strong skills in SystemVerilog and UVM methodology; C++ programming and scripting skills.
  • Experience with VCS or equivalent simulation tools; debugging tools like Debussy, GDB.
  • Strong debugging and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills; mentoring experience is a plus.
