Eneco's Digital Core team is modernizing chat, app and web environments to deliver an exceptional digital customer experience. You will join a newly forming Customer Success Tech team to build more efficient and intelligent tooling for customer service, using .NET Core and Azure-based platforms and leveraging Microsoft genAI and partner solutions.
Responsibilities
- Create a more efficient and intelligent workplace for human agents by automating repetitive manual work and providing intelligent tooling.
- Reduce human-handled customer questions by automating handling of incoming questions via app/web/call/mail.
- Create an intelligent central routing solution to route customers to the best possible channel and/or agent based on customer variables and indicators.
- Create the best possible voicebot linked to CoPilot Studio, providing self-service and intelligent routing.
- Collaborate within cross-functional product teams to architect and deliver backend solutions using .NET Core and Azure DevOps.
- Inject innovation into production processes and contribute ideas to enhance the quality and impact of digital products.
- Craft enduring, future-proof backend solutions with an emphasis on quality and performance across Eneco's digital platforms.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in .NET Core and Azure.
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience in .NET (including .NET Core) and Microsoft Azure (must-have).
- Experience developing scalable, high-performance applications in Azure.
- Experience working in ADO (Azure DevOps); familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
- Familiarity or experience with Microsoft GenAI tooling (e.g., AI Foundry) is a big bonus.
- Desired/beneficial experience: CRM platforms, Genesys CX Cloud, Dynamics 365, MS Power Platform.
- Comfortable leveraging tools such as Kubernetes and Kafka where appropriate.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, testers, project managers).
- Excellent communication skills in English and ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Benefits
- Gross annual salary between €85,000 and €120,000 (including FlexBudget, 8% holiday allowance, and depending on role a bonus or collective profit sharing).

- Hybrid working: 40% at the office, 40% from home, 20% flexible. With manager approval, you may work abroad (within approved countries) up to 3 weeks/year (max 2 consecutively).
