The Ads Measurement Lift Studies team focuses on improving the advertising platform by creating experimentation products for advertisers to measure the impact of their ad spend on Reddit.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and enhance the conversion lift system and advertiser-facing measurement products.
  • Collaborate with product and cross-functional teams to define and align on product vision and roadmap.
  • Lead collaboration efforts with product managers, designers, data scientists, and other engineering teams to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.
  • Take ownership of work from concept to delivery ensuring scalability, reliability, and high-quality performance.
  • Continuously learn and keep up-to-date with the latest software development technologies and trends.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse stakeholders independently.
