Details

Within Lending Transformation, we are building a future-proof Credits Policy Engine that automatically determines whether new credit applications fit within ABN AMRO’s policy framework. This capability is key to enabling faster, more consistent and compliant credit decisions. The initial focus is on automated policy checks at credit origination with future expansion toward Monitoring, Policy Adherence and Scorecard-as-a-Service. A new team is being set up within the Credit & Collateral Lifecycle Grid to support this growth.

Responsibilities

  • Translate credit policies and business objectives into clear functional requirements for the Credits Policy Engine
  • Act as a bridge between policy, business, data and technology
  • Define and prioritise automated policy checks within credit origination
  • Work with Risk, Credits and IT to ensure policy checks are correctly embedded in systems and processes
  • Contribute to the roadmap for future capabilities such as Monitoring, Policy Adherence and Scorecard-as-a-Service
  • Support refinement, testing and validation of policy logic together with stakeholders
  • Actively contribute to a scalable, flexible and future-proof solution
