  • Foster growth in yourself and others; encourage innovation and challenge the status quo.

Requirements

  • Ability to lead complex programmes and cultivate a culture of Courage, Care and Collaboration.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English to convey complex ideas clearly to different audiences, including senior management and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management, decision-making and ownership; resilient and adaptable with a continuous learning mindset.

Working environment

  • Hybrid working culture: based in Diemen with typically 2 days per week on-site.
  • You will collaborate with Product, Solutions & Control (PS&C) domains and with stakeholders across ICS and ABN AMRO.
  • The TM landscape aims to be near-real time, effective, robust and ready for capabilities like Machine Learning modelling and AI.
