Senior Business System Analyst, SAP Direct Procurement Supply Chain

NVIDIA IT Supply Chain Execution is seeking a Senior Procurement Business Systems Analyst to join the team in Santa Clara, CA. In this role you will partner with procurement leaders to define, build, and operationalize key processes and develop system solutions in the SAP landscape (SAP ECC, S/4HANA) and SAP Ariba Product Sourcing applications, integrating with external systems and supporting Procure-to-Pay operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead or participate in projects to implement new solutions and improve procurement functionality, including articulating and analyzing requirements and translating them into effective system solutions.
• Understand existing Direct Procurement and Sourcing processes to architect and implement system solutions in the SAP landscape, integrating with other external systems.
• Define, prioritize, plan, and complete complex and impactful procurement projects.
• Interface daily with analysts, business leadership, external partners, development, integration experts, and reporting teams to support business operations.
• Plan and conduct testing and training (internal and external) and coordinate migration of changes across system landscapes.
• Work with on-site and offshore resources across time zones to prioritize, coordinate, and implement small to medium-size projects.
• Mentor implementation team members on industry best practices, solutions, and methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business.
• 12+ years of experience with a core focus on procurement solutions in the semiconductor industry.
• Deep understanding of SAP Ariba Product Sourcing and S/4HANA Procurement modules with at least two implementation experiences.
• Experience with SAP ECC in the procurement landscape.
• Strong business knowledge and a consistent record in implementing solutions for the Procure-to-Pay process.
• Integration experience with 3rd-party applications and SAP portals.
• Experience building reporting solutions.
• Creative problem-solving ability in a dynamic business environment.
• Strong social and teammate skills; ability to mediate disagreement, recognize options, propose and implement solutions.
• Proven ability to navigate complex technology environments and work effectively with multiple groups.

Ways to stand out / Preferred

• Experience in Ariba Product Sourcing & Procurement implementations specifically within the semiconductor industry.
• Project management experience and skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to explain sophisticated solutions in simple terms.

Compensation & Other Details

• Base salary range: 168,000 USD - 264,500 USD (will be determined based on location, experience, and internal pay parity).
• Eligible for equity and benefits.
• Location: Santa Clara, CA, United States.
• Employment type: Full time.
