NVIDIA has been transforming computer graphics, PC gaming, and accelerated computing for more than 25 years. Today the Enterprise product team in NVIDIA IT is building generative AI-based conversational virtual assistants, copilots for enterprise applications, operations management solutions and other forward-looking solutions across IT and business functions including sales, HR, finance, and supply chain. This role is part of the Software & Services Monetization Program focused on Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes for software and services monetization.

Responsibilities

  • Interact with product, engineering, and business teams to gather and analyze requirements for the Software & Services Monetization Program.
  • Design, develop, and enhance robust, scalable solutions across the SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) landscape and associated satellite systems.
  • Operate as an expert to review business requirements, process designs, solution designs, and implementations. Build and maintain critical integrations between SAP and other satellite systems supporting OTC.
  • Generate, assess, and uphold high-level project plans and detailed functional and technical design documents for various functional areas.
  • Develop roadmaps for the Software & Services Monetization Program and align across IT and business stakeholders. Create and maintain use cases, process diagrams, and user functional flows.
  • Develop and execute test plans for unit and integration testing. Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage weekly/monthly deployment release cycles.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between IT and OTC business users and collaborate with Business, Product Management, and Engineering to deliver solutions.
  • Work with internal and external development teams to create scalable and sustainable custom applications and enhancements to packaged applications.
  • Partner with IT Vendor Management Office in RFP development, vendor evaluation, contract renewals, and negotiations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent experience) in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business.
  • 12+ years of SAP SD implementation experience.
  • Deep experience in enabling software/services processes: SW fulfillment, licensing management, entitlement management, software delivery, renewals and upgrades.
  • Extensive experience configuring, designing, and implementing Order-to-Cash (OTC) solutions, including master data, order management, output management, EDI, pricing, delivery management, inter-company processes, billing, and revenue recognition.
  • Experience with large-scale, multi-system integrations and building/maintaining integrations between SAP and satellite systems.
  • Background with order types, pricing, delivery processing, shipments, and billing. Experience with sales master data, entitlement, and revenue recognition is a plus.
  • Experience collaborating with application developers and offshore teams to deliver enterprise-level solutions.
  • In-depth understanding of testing strategies, data migration approaches, and release management processes.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and lead transformational initiatives while maintaining existing operational solutions.
