NVIDIA IT Finance is looking for a SAP FICO professional. The ideal individual will have in-depth experience with SAP FICO modules and their integration with other systems. You will lead the effort to design, develop and implement SAP FICO solutions, work closely with key finance users, and contribute to the application roadmap with fellow IT team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP S/4 FICO initiatives as a team member and lead to implement new and improve existing functionalities.
• Articulate and analyze requirements, translating them into effective solutions to support the future of Finance.
• Guide global support team (MSP) in daily production support and provide support to global finance SAP and non-SAP business users.
• Analyze production support issues and coordinate with respective teams for RCA and resolution.
• Manage knowledge transition from project teams to support and train other support team members.
• Implement complex enhancements as requested by business users.
• Partner with the technical ABAP team: explain requirements and coordinate development efforts.
• Work with cross-functional teams to prioritize work and drive system solutions by clearly articulating business needs.
• Prepare functional specifications and conduct unit testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Build training documentation and deliver training to end users.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business.
• 12+ years of SAP experience focused on FICO modules.
• Functional and technical proficiency with at least 8+ years of SAP FICO implementation experience.
• Knowledge of RAR (Revenue Accounting and Reporting) and Fixed Assets functionality is a must.
• Strong SAP FICO configuration and technical skills.
• Solid understanding of Finance & Accounting business functions.
• Areas of expertise in SAP FICO including (but not limited to): General Ledger, Special Ledger, Multi-Currency, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial Analysis, Corporate Accounting, ABAP Query, Report Painter, Report Writer, SAP Security related to Roles and SODs.
• Ability to design solutions in Finance (FICO) functional areas by integrating with MM, SD, PP, APO, and BW functional areas.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.

Ways to stand out

• Semiconductor industry experience, including the “fabless” business model.
• Experience working in SAP BW/BI.
• Exposure to SAP BPC.

Compensation & Benefits

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 168,000 USD - 264,500 USD. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits (see NVIDIA benefits page).
