The NVIDIA Supply Chain Information Technology team is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst - SAP IBP and APO to join the team in Santa Clara, California. In this role you will help shape the future of supply chain planning by building advanced planning solutions, driving data analysis, and creating optimization models that power both strategic and tactical decision-making. You will also support and enhance SAP IBP and APO planning systems and collaborate across IT and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver scalable supply chain solutions using SAP IBP and SAP APO.
• Drive process improvements to streamline business operations.
• Lead implementation of new features and enhancements in SAP IBP/APO.
• Build prototypes and translate business needs into practical solutions.
• Apply data analysis best practices and share insights across teams.
• Manage system design, testing, training, and upgrades.
• Develop business scenarios to improve profitability and market share.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to deliver end-to-end planning solutions.

Requirements

• BS or MS in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 12+ years of experience designing and implementing advanced supply chain planning solutions.
• Proven expertise in architecting scalable supply planning solutions for growing businesses.
• Hands-on experience with SAP IBP (including Supply Response) and SAP APO (including SNP Optimization) or CTM modeling.
• Strong track record of leveraging data analysis to drive business results.
• Experience with data integration and automation in SaaS planning tools (a plus).
• Ability to debug and support applications in SAP APO and IBP.
• Self-motivated, proactive, effective both independently and in teams.
• Skilled at balancing diverse tasks while adapting to shifting priorities.

Ways to stand out

• Semiconductor industry supply chain planning experience.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills; able to explain sophisticated solutions in simple terms.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary ranges by level:
  • Level 5: 168,000 USD - 264,500 USD
  • Level 6: 196,000 USD - 310,500 USD
