Senior Business Systems Analyst, SAP - IBP and APO

The NVIDIA IT Supply Chain Execution team is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst focused on SAP IBP and APO Planning to develop advanced planning solutions, data analysis, and optimization models for strategic and tactical supply chain planning and to support existing SAP IBP / APO planning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design and deliver implementable solutions for complex supply chain requirements using SAP IBP Supply Response, Demand Planning, APO SNP Optimization and CTM techniques.
• Demonstrate process improvement techniques to streamline business processes and architect solutions.
• Lead projects to implement new and improve existing functionalities in SAP APO and IBP.
• Build prototypes and proofs of concept for business requirements and translate them into operational solutions.
• Apply industry-best practices for data analysis and share insights across teams.
• Drive system design analysis, testing, and training activities.
• Build business and product scenarios to help business units improve NVIDIA's profitability and market share.
• Perform testing to support system implementations and upgrades.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in business and IT to deliver comprehensive supply chain planning solutions.
• Influence senior business leadership to adopt scalable solutions, systems, and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent experience in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or Business.
• 12+ years of relevant experience architecting, designing and implementing comprehensive supply chain planning solutions using advanced planning tools.
• Experience envisioning and architecting scalable supply planning solutions to meet growing business needs.
• Hands-on experience with SAP IBP (Supply Response) and SAP APO (SNP optimization) or CTM modeling to solve supply chain problems.
• Ability to debug and support applications developed in SAP APO and IBP.
• Strong track record of using analysis to deliver business results.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently or in teams, and able to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with data integration and automation in SaaS planning tools is a plus.

Ways to stand out

• Knowledge of Kinaxis or Blue Yonder supply chain planning solutions.
• Semiconductor industry supply chain planning experience (highly desirable).

Benefits

• Base salary range: 168,000 USD - 264,500 USD (determined by location, experience, and internal pay equity).
