The NVIDIA IT Supply Chain Execution team is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst – SAP IBP and APO Planning to join the team in Santa Clara, CA. In this role you will develop advanced planning solutions, perform data analysis and optimization modeling for strategic and tactical supply chain planning, and support existing SAP IBP / APO planning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design and deliver implementable solutions for complex supply chain requirements using SAP IBP (Supply Response, Demand Planning) and SAP APO (SNP Optimization) and CTM techniques.
• Demonstrate process improvement techniques to streamline business processes and design solutions.
• Lead projects to implement new and improve existing SAP APO and IBP functionalities at NVIDIA.
• Build prototypes and proofs of concept and translate business requirements into operational solutions.
• Apply industry best practices for data analysis and cross-team data sharing.
• Drive system design analysis, testing, and training activities.
• Build business and product scenarios to help business units improve NVIDIA's profitability and market share.
• Perform testing to support system implementations and upgrades.
• Collaborate with cross-functional business and IT teams to deliver comprehensive supply chain planning solutions.
• Influence senior leadership to adopt scalable solutions and systems/tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 12+ years of relevant experience architecting, designing and implementing comprehensive supply chain planning solutions using advanced planning tools.
• Hands-on experience with SAP IBP (Supply Response, Demand Planning) and SAP APO (SNP optimization); experience with CTM modeling for supply chain problems.
• Experience envisioning and architecting scalable supply planning solutions for growth.
• Ability to debug and support applications developed in SAP APO and IBP.
• Data integration and automation expertise in SaaS planning tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical track record, self-motivated, able to work independently and in teams, self-starter who can take charge of complex tasks with minimal direction.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.

Ways to stand out

• Knowledge of Kinaxis or Blue Yonder supply chain planning solutions.
• Semiconductor industry supply chain planning experience (highly desirable).

Benefits and additional details

• Base salary range: 168,000 USD - 264,500 USD (final base salary determined by location, experience, and pay of employees in similar positions).
