Details

Design, build, and operate large-scale cloud systems to deliver the fastest inference engine in the world. Work across the full stack — from edge TCP behavior to the Linux kernel scheduler — to optimize for latency, reliability, and global scale.

Responsibilities

  • Design and automate cloud infrastructure using Terraform to support a wide variety of needs.
  • Implement global load balancing with traffic steering, failover, and data locality requirements.
  • Diagnose and resolve performance and latency issues across systems and network layers.
  • Build automation and developer tools (Golang, Python, Bash) to boost team velocity and integrate AI into workflows.
  • Operate and optimize large-scale global infrastructure on at least one major cloud provider.
  • Own projects end-to-end with high standards for code quality and system performance.

Requirements

  • Proven track record developing and operating global infrastructure at scale on at least one major cloud provider.
  • Strong automation mindset; experience building tools in Golang, Python, and Bash.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and automating cloud deployments.
  • Deep debugging skills across the stack (network/TCP, OS/kernel, distributed systems) and ability to perform root cause analysis on functionality, reliability, and latency.
  • Ownership mentality: self-directed, accountable, able to deliver projects end-to-end.
  • Curiosity and willingness to dive deep into complex systems.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary range: $223,600 - $263,000 (determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and internal benchmarks).
  • Compensation package includes equity and benefits.
