This role is for a senior Program Management professional in the US responsible for leading customer relations and technical/operational program execution for strategic enterprise customers and partners.
Responsibilities
- Define strategy and execution plans for integrating complex AI model tech stacks in customer environments, from evaluation/proof-of-concept to design, development, qualification/validation, and production launch.
- Scope projects, identify and assemble core support teams, formally kick off projects with customers, and develop joint project timelines.
- Support design-in efforts by providing technical collateral and tools, lead engineering design reviews, ensure implementation of customer-required features, drive resolution of blocking issues, and ensure timely customer acceptance and production deployment.
- Translate customer requirements into specific tasks and assign them to relevant functional areas; collect, prioritize, track, and drive customer-reported issues to resolution/closure.
- Clearly and intelligently communicate issue status to customers and internal teams, including executives.
- Work closely with engineering, product management, and sales to resolve technical issues, set correct expectations, and keep project scope on track.
- Organize and lead complex technical engineering-to-engineering discussions and correctly represent the urgency of issues.
- Regularly communicate program status and key issues to management and develop close working relationships with customer development teams to find creative solutions.
Requirements
- BS/MS in Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years in high-tech electronics with a focus on program/project management.
- Deep customer savvy from running significant and complex software engagement programs, especially with strategic customers with large datacenter deployments.
- Strong technical savvy, including software qualification and deployment on AI infrastructure in a datacenter or cloud.
- Supreme leadership skills across broad and diverse functional teams.
- Validated history of 5+ years of project/program management of software product solutions.
- Experience working with customers in cloud development/deployment and/or OEM environments.
- Experience leading global projects.

- Comfortable defining and executing complex program schedules with an understanding of dependencies, critical paths, landmarks, and deliverables.
- Track record of handling multiple customers and programs across worldwide geographies and time zones.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary ranges (determined by location, experience, and pay of employees in similar positions):
- Level 4: 160,000 USD - 253,000 USD
- Level 5: 192,000 USD - 304,750 USD
