Details

The DGX Cloud organization is looking for passionate engineers to partner closely with internal customers and assist them in onboarding to NVIDIA platforms. You will gain a deep understanding of customer needs and applications, help develop best practices for cloud environments, and provide feedback that shapes the platform for both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with multiple internal teams to understand workloads from both technical and business perspectives.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to engineering and product teams and develop solutions to help partner teams succeed.
  • Inform partner teams of standard methodologies and implement best practices for cloud-based solutions.
  • Gain deep understanding of how NVIDIA develops across multiple verticals (autonomous vehicles, chip manufacturing, hardware design, AI, etc.).
  • Present to internal stakeholders and NVIDIA leadership on roadmaps, vision, and demos.
  • Advocate for customer needs (internal and external) across Engineering, Product, Program, Sales, and Operations.
  • Bring the voice of the customer to platform and product decisions.

Requirements

  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related area, or equivalent experience.
  • 12+ years of experience designing and building distributed systems and infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated ability to write code in one or more of: Golang, Java, C, C++, Python, Rust.
  • Experience with Kubernetes and/or distributed task scheduling systems.
  • Strong background in Infrastructure, Networking, Storage, and DevOps scripting/tooling.
  • Experience deploying AI/ML workloads and familiarity with optimizing AI workloads (preferred).
  • Understanding of data storage technologies (databases, file, block, blob).
  • Demonstrated ability to reach cross-functional consensus without all details and to drive resolution across teams.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary range: 200,000 USD - 322,000 USD (determined by location, experience, and internal pay equity).
