NVIDIA pioneered accelerated computing to address challenges no one else can solve. This role is part of the Customer Program Management Team and leads strategic technical programs with Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) to drive deployment of NVIDIA's AI infrastructure (for example the NVIDIA GB300 NVL72 platform that integrates GPUs, CPUs and networking platforms for data center-scale performance).
Responsibilities
- Drive hands-on technical engagement with CSPs and their ODM/OEM partners.
- Incorporate datacenter tools and operationalize protocols for AI factory development; resolve issues and keep projects on track.
- Lead execution and technical engagement directly with CSP networking teams.
- Assemble and guide cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence.
- Integrate datacenter tools and operationalize processes for network buildout and operations.
- Work closely with core engineering and enterprise support teams to provide timely resolutions to customers.
- Collaborate with Solution Architecture to provide technical direction on standard networking methodologies and operational excellence.
- Develop and manage networking software delivery timelines aligned to accelerated computing programs.
- Ensure timely delivery of customer-specific features and production deployment.
- Communicate program status, risks, and insights to senior management.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in program/project management with direct customer engagement.
- Strong leadership experience in global, matrixed environments.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Solid track record managing sophisticated, large-scale datacenter projects.
- Ability and willingness to continue learning new knowledge and rapidly grow capabilities as NVIDIA enters new markets.
Ways to stand out / Nice to have
- Prior experience leading technical programs with CSPs as your customers.
- At least 8 years of professional experience in networking fundamentals, TCP/IP stack, InfiniBand fundamentals, and data center architecture.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration across globally distributed teams.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range (Level 4): 160,000 USD - 253,000 USD.
- Base salary range (Level 5): 192,000 USD - 304,750 USD.
- Base salary will be determined based on location, experience, and pay of employees in similar positions.
