NVIDIA is seeking an experienced Senior Customer Technical Program Manager to lead Data Center Quality and Sustaining initiatives in partnership with OEM/ODM system partners and large Cloud Service Provider deployments. The role is accountable for customer satisfaction, executive-level communication, handling high-profile customer critical issues, and coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, quality, product management, and sales.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate NVIDIA Data Center Quality and Sustaining activities supporting OEMs/ODMs across large Cloud Service Provider deployments.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive, joint Quality Assurance and Sustaining strategy between NVIDIA, OEMs/ODMs, and Data Center operations, aligned with business, quality, and user experience objectives.
  • Establish, uphold, and implement quality standards and procedures following industry-standard methodologies for large datacenter system deployment and continuation actions.
  • Lead internal and external reviews on production system quality issues; prepare regular reports detailing findings and corrective actions.
  • Identify areas for improvement with manufacturers of equipment/production systems, applying data analysis and metrics to facilitate progress.
  • Collaborate with NVIDIA and partners to ensure high-quality standards across OEMs/ODMs partners.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (critical metrics) to monitor quality performance and present findings to senior management.
  • Identify potential quality improvements and develop mitigation strategies to minimize customer impact.

Requirements

  • BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Over 8+ years of demonstrated expertise in Customer Program Management at executive leadership tiers.
  • Proven track record in enterprise data center product quality management and system operational excellence.
  • Strong leadership and experience managing high-profile customer escalations, coordinating across engineering, operations, quality, product management, and sales to resolve technical quality and logistical issues.
  • Solid understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) following technology industry standards.
  • Technical knowledge of data center infrastructure and experience with HW/SW systems component integration, system topologies, and system configurations.
  • Experience coordinating data center quality improvement projects and enhancements with OEMs/ODMs.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills; skilled at using data for decision-making.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and engage customers and executive stakeholders.
  • Certifications in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, CQI, CQM) and PMP Program Management Certification are desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary range (dependent on level and location):
    • Level 4: 160,000 USD - 253,000 USD
    • Level 5: 192,000 USD - 304,750 USD
  • Eligible for equity and company benefits.
