Details

As a Senior Data Analyst on the Revenue team, you will shape how we define and measure success across Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Technical Support, and Account Management. You will act as a strategic partner to Revenue leaders β€” translating data into insights that inform decisions, guide priorities, and uncover opportunities to improve retention, revenue, and the overall customer experience. This role is distributed (Americas Remote) and collaborates closely with the broader Data team.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to Revenue leaders, helping shape goals, initiatives, and priorities through data-driven insights.
  • Define and standardize key metrics such as Time to Value (TTV), Cost per Contact (CPC), and escalation costs β€” ensuring consistent definitions and shared understanding across teams.
  • Build reporting and dashboards that clearly measure success and provide meaningful visibility into Revenue performance.
  • Investigate data gaps and inconsistencies across systems (Planhat, Salesforce, Zendesk, Snowflake) and partner with the Data team to resolve them.
  • Deliver insights and recommendations that highlight friction points, efficiency wins, and opportunities for self-service or automation.
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure reporting and insights align with company-wide goals, data models, and strategic initiatives.
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance data analysis, automate routine tasks, and uncover new insights faster.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally partnered with RevOps, Customer Success, Support, or Account Management teams.
  • Hands-on experience building scalable dashboards and reports in BI tools (e.g., Looker, Sigma, Tableau, or similar).
  • Proficiency with dbt and Snowflake for data modeling, and SQL and Python for data analysis (required).
  • Experience working with CRM, CSM, or support systems such as Salesforce, Zendesk, and Planhat.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to simplify complex data stories for non-technical audiences.
  • Curiosity about AI and experience or eagerness to use AI tools to optimize workflows and explore data.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; proactive, ownership-driven mindset.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting salary for this role is $128,000 (or equivalent in local currency), depending on experience and subject to market rate adjustment.
  • 100% coverage of medical, dental, vision, mental health, and supplemental insurance premiums for you and your family.
  • 16 weeks paid parental leave, unlimited PTO, stipends for remote work and wellness, a professional development budget, and more.

Interview Process

  • 30-minute video call with a Recruiter
  • 45-minute video call with the Hiring Manager
  • 30-minute panel interviews with team members
  • Take-home assignment + review call

All final candidates will be asked to complete a background check and employment verifications as part of pre-employment.
