The central Data team (Center of Excellence for Data) partners across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience to deliver insights, predictive models, and data-powered strategies that accelerate growth. In this Senior Data Scientist role you will design and deploy models to forecast outcomes, identify opportunities, and prescribe actions that shift the company from reporting to predicting and shaping the future.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deploy predictive models to improve customer acquisition, conversion, and retention (examples: lead scoring, customer health, product adoption forecasts).
  • Partner with Product, Revenue, and CX teams to identify opportunities where modeling and experimentation drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Build prototypes and production-ready models in Python, leveraging the modern data stack (Snowflake, dbt, etc.) for scalable development and deployment.
  • Collaborate with data engineering to ensure clean, reliable, and extensible data pipelines for advanced analytics and ML use cases.
  • Translate modeling outputs into clear recommendations and decision frameworks for senior leaders and operators.
  • Contribute to analytics capability design that can extend into product and create differentiated customer-facing insights.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in data science, applied machine learning, or advanced analytics, with a proven track record of driving impact.
  • Strong SQL and Python skills — able to wrangle large datasets efficiently and build end-to-end analyses and models.
  • Experience with forecasting, classification, and scoring models applied to business contexts.
  • Familiarity with modern data workflows and tools: dbt, Snowflake, Hex, Streamlit.
  • Experience designing and deploying models (prototypes and production-ready solutions) and working with data pipelines.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills: able to explain complex model results and tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bonus: experience embedding ML insights into applications or customer-facing products.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting salary: $173,000 (or equivalent in local currency), depending on experience and subject to market rate adjustment.
  • 100% coverage of medical, dental, vision, mental health, and supplemental insurance premiums for you and your family.
  • 16 weeks paid parental leave, unlimited PTO, stipends for remote work and wellness, professional development budget, and additional benefits.
