Responsibilities

• Design developer journeys and implement content strategies covering structured courses and informal learning.
• Champion a user-centric approach to build engaging content aligned with learning outcomes.
• Analyze developer learning needs with leaders and subject matter experts to address gaps.
• Define project workflows with clear intake, milestone tracking, and stakeholder communication.
• Evaluate content performance, feedback, and learner progress to inform improvements.
• Maintain a resource library including templates, runbooks, and tutorials.
• Create technical, process, or soft-skill content as needed.
• Explore innovative methods like generative AI for scaling content creation.
• Coach SMEs and team members on effective developer-centric content and authorship workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Instructional Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Over 12 years of experience.
• Proven ability to structure technical content for onboarding on software platforms.
• Experience running complex learning projects globally.
• Skilled in designing and developing developer learning journeys.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Ways to Stand Out

• Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Background in documentation systems and technical content information architecture.
• Experience with data and analytics for learning effectiveness.
• Experience with blended learning solutions and onboarding programs.
• Knowledge of generative AI tools for learning content creation.
